Returns

At GCFPCL, we deal exclusively in perishable goods, such as coconut sap and related products. As these items are highly perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not allowed for any products.

Refunds

Since our products are perishable, refunds are generally not available. However, if you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.

  • Next, check with your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
